The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (aka Furlough Scheme) is designed to support employers who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme allows employers to access a grant covering a portion of their eligible employees’ wage costs.

In order to be eligible for the scheme as an employer you must have: created and started a PAYE payroll scheme on or before 19th March 2020; enrolled for PAYE online; a UK bank account.
