Network growth helps drive TaxAssist up AccountancyAge's latest 'Top 50'
TaxAssist Accountants continues its rise up AccountancyAge’s annual Top 50 rankings, by reaching position 21.
One of the reasons behind TaxAssist Accountants’ progress was its 13 per cent increase in revenue since the last survey: an increase that was heavily driven by a network that has generated £33.65m in income so far this year.
This bucks the trend of one-fifth of accountancy practices on the list who actually either saw their fee income fall, or grow by less than five per cent.
As a whole, the Top 50 firms saw their fee income go up to £12.8bn, nearly £1bn more than the £11.9bn reported last year.
Sarah Robertson, Group Operations Director at TaxAssist Accountants, said: "We are delighted to have risen three places in the survey and that our business model has helped our network to provide accountancy services to increasing numbers of small business clients.
"We have been following the Government's Making Tax Digital plans with great interest to ensure TaxAssist Accountants remains at the forefront of the industry. This has included the launch of strategic partnerships with the latest cloud technology, so that keeping their accounts organised has never been easier for our network's 63,000 clients."
TaxAssist Accountants continues to expand its network of shops and offices in order to deliver a further reach of accountancy services to the UK’s owner managed businesses.
It continues its drive to attract more accounting professionals to become part of its success story.
Regular Discovery Days for anyone interested in opening their own accountancy practice are offered in order to better understand what the next steps are.
